Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mayduke ITech, we strive to provide high-quality IT services, including website development, custom solutions, and app development. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Project-Based Services (Website & App Development)

  • Clients can request a cancellation before the project begins for a full refund.

  • If the project has started but is not more than 25% completed, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.

  • Once the project is more than 50% completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

1.2 Subscription-Based Services (Maintenance, Hosting, Support)

  • Monthly subscription services can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the ongoing billing period.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations .

1.3 Custom Orders & Consulting Services

  • Consulting fees and any other custom services (like UI/UX design, strategy sessions, or third-party integrations) are non-refundable once initiated.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The service is not delivered as per agreed milestones.

    • There are unresolvable technical issues directly caused by Mayduke Itech.

    • The project cannot be completed due to Mayduke Itech’s limitations.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after project commencement.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, failure to provide necessary content).

  • Third-party software or service failures not controlled by Mayduke Itech.

  • If the project scope is changed after work has started.

  • Any work already delivered and accepted by the client.

3. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with the service, we encourage open communication to resolve issues before initiating a cancellation or refund request.
